Access to the database is restricted to authorized Great West Auto personnel. CDL numbers are stored in masked form and access is logged.

5. Data Retention

Shipper inquiry records are retained for up to 3 years as part of our business records. Driver application records for applicants who are not hired are retained for up to 1 year, after which CDL credentials are deleted. Records for hired drivers are retained for the duration of employment and for the period required by FMCSA regulations thereafter.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This Site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or analytics that identify individual visitors. We may use basic server-side analytics (page view counts, error rates) for operational purposes only. No personal information is associated with these operational metrics.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
